Skipping Video Ads

We enjoy the services of free online platforms because they are powered by their advertisers or sponsors. Youtube is one example. We normally see many advertisements but majority of viewers click "Skip Ad" after five (5) seconds.  I remember I watched full ad videos only of Tai Lopez and Etisalat (that one showcasing a musical orchestra to emphasize harmony). We are used to watching television shows with many commercial advertisements but there is no SKIP AD button so as they say, "What to do, yani?, but to eat briyani?"  Sometimes I do think that it is a waste of resources for the advertisers to produce a video ad for more than five (5) seconds only to be skipped by the viewers. There is also an app now called Skip Ads  to skip the annoying (as described there) Youtube ads. It can be unfair that we get free services if we do not support their advertisers. But how can viewers get engaged to click and view the whole advertisements? They must be quick, at...
